How to remove a blacklist record

Only the reporter that submitted a record can authorize its removal. Follow the verification steps below.

  1. 1

    Find the record

    Search for the exact domain on the main page and open Removal info for that result.

  2. 2

    Create a challenge

    The reporter that originally added the record creates a one-time verification challenge.

  3. 3

    Publish the verification file

    Place the generated file directly in the document root of the reporter domain.

  4. 4

    Run verification

    Return to the challenge page and verify the file. The selected record is removed after a successful check.
